Conserva paramenti e arredi liturgici della misericordia, della famiglia Della Gherardesca e di chiese della zona, vari oggetti vari , un Gesù bambino di cera e un reliquiario a busto di san Bartolomeo in lamine d’ argento.

Conserva alcune suppellettili liturgiche dell’ antica abbazia, fondata in epoca longobarda, e di alcune chiese del territorio.
Di particolare interesse la capsula di San Marco papa e uno sciamito persiano dell’ VIII – IX secolo.
Di rilievo anche un reliquario di arte scoto-irlandese dell’ VIII secolo e il trecentesco busto-reliquario della testa di San Marco papa.   Inoltre quadri, argenterie, libri e un pavimento di maiolica del quattrocento.
