Beautiful fortified mill built in the first half of the fourteenth century. The imposing building is one of the properties of the nearby grange of Cuna, as seen in several documents of the sixteenth century, including one in 1590 which shows the estimated share of rent, amounting to EUR 8 lire. From this and another previous document (1552) we know that the mill was working with two millstones, despite having four, probably due to the reduced flow of water that fed the gora. The charming hydraulic system, with its trials with a round arch, allow the water to get inside the mill for the production of hydroelectric power, returned to the outside unchanged in its chemical and physical characteristics. Recent studies have shown that, during the period of greatest activity, the mill could produce up to half a ton of flour per day.
